Every few months, we recommend changing out and replacing the filter in your Novoaer air purification system. Our true H13 HEPA filter is specifically designed to purify the air that you breathe, while also sterilizing it to ensure that it’s free from harmful toxins and pathogens.

From time to time, it’s a good idea to replace this filter to ensure that your system can continue to operate at peak performance. Overtime, these filters reach their capacity, which makes them weaker when it comes to catching these harmful particles.

Be sure to order your replacement filter in advance to ensure that there’s no lapse in purified air.

    RETURNS

    We offer FREE returns on all orders over $50! We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us at support@novoaer.com to start the refund process.

    Once your refund has been approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and you will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse. Once we've received your order, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    For returns under $50, the customer is responsible for the return fees.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
